JETBLACK BOOKING PROCESS

Initial Consultation - No Cost

To commence the process we offer an initial phone or video consultation with one of our experienced Travel Designers. This call enables us to get a real understanding of what you are looking for; ensuring that we are all a perfect match for each other. Allowing us to propose the best itinerary possible and how we go about exceeding your expectations.  If a call is not possible we can correspond by email to gain preliminary information.

Initial Itinerary Outline - No Cost
We will provide an initial itinerary outline and suggestions based on our previous discussions and your brief to us with indicative costings for you to review.  

Commitment Fee - $1,000 NZD
If you are happy with the initial itinerary outline and wish to proceed further we will then request a commitment deposit of NZD$1,000.00  (for up to 2 travellers, then NZD$500.00 per person up to NZD$5000). This commitment deposit will be fully deducted from the price of your trip.  It confirms that you are happy for us to proceed with commencing the work required to provide a full proposal and quotation along with any changes required.  We want to ensure that we are able to commit the time required to provide the highest levels of personalisation and care to your booking.
Once we have received the commitment deposit we will prepare a full proposal including costs, confirmed availability of accommodation and services proposed. Similar to the initial call we always find it of great benefit for us to talk again at the proposed itinerary and quotation stage, explaining our decisions and we can do any fine-tuning required at this point. If the enquiry does not proceed at this point this commitment deposit is retained by us.

Full Itinerary Quote & Deposit
Once you are happy with the proposed itinerary we request a 25% deposit to ensure that all the key components of your itinerary are secured and all arrangements are put in place. We then work through the usual booking process of balance payment, reconfirmations, itinerary document preparation and providing 24-hour access for emergencies whilst you are in the country.
